Objective: Scratch Off Systems needed a professional, portable way for sales reps to showcase their full range of printing capabilities to prospects — one that could be easily stored, carried, and reused in the field.
Process: Collaborated with sales and management to curate 35 of our best cards over 8 different product types and stock options. Sourced and negotiated with vendors for rigid box printing and custom plastic bag options, balancing cost and quality. Designed instruction sheets and production schedules to allow factory staff to reproduce the boxes consistently at scale.
Result: Produced 500 custom rigid boxes with a sliding tray insert and silver fabric liner. The sample kits directly supported sales outreach efforts and expanded brand perception beyond the "scratch off" category, contributing to a $16,500 sale to a new prospect who ordered a custom rigid box of the same structure. This project also marked Scratch Off Systems' first client-facing packaging product, expanding the company's offerings into a new category.
